Rising Star Games have today revealed that Rune Factory 2 will finally be hitting European shores on 8 October. Taking all of the best selling elements of the Harvest Moon series, Rune Factory 2 mixes in a wealth of RPG elements, making for a rather exciting combination for fans of both.

We Sing Encore, the singing hit from Nordic Games available on the Wii, recieved a big thumbs up from several of the UK's biggest music acts at the Summer Live! Music Fest in Sandown Park Surrey.

Yesterday, Square Enix confirmed that the Xbox 360 version of Final Fantasy XIII will be released in Japan on December 16. Of course, Playstation 3 owners were not happy by this news and decided to post some nasty remarks on Yoichi Wada's Twitter page. In the Japanese magazine, Weekly Shonen Jump, Square Enix very recently announced their follow-up to Dissidia: Final Fantasy, the popular fighting game on the PSP.

Ubisoft Announces Side Scrolling “Outland”

Over the weekend at PAX, Ubisoft announced a new DLC title called Outland, which will hit the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade sometime in 2011. The side scrolling adventure title has been said to have the likeness of the Prince of Persia series as well as Ikaruga. Outland is being developed by the Sweden based studio Housemarque.

Fans of Activision's Transformers: War For Cybertron should get ready, for today they have released the second DLC pack, giving players new multiplayer maps as well as new characters. The new DLC is now available on Xbox Live with it being launched on the PSN network tomorrow.
