EA have today unveiled six new additions to the Flips range of interactive books designed for Nintendo’s DSi. All six titles will be launched between now and Summer via the DSiWare store. The first title is already available entitled, “Terror In Cubicle 4”.
Flips is a new way to read books making them interactive and more enjoyable for children to read. The flips range allows children to read the book whilst interacting with the story, completing quiz’s based on the book, exploring pop up character information with spooky sound effects thrown in for good measure. Giving children new incentives for reading the next chapter.
“Terror In Cubicle 4” is taken from the popular children’s book range “Too Ghoul For School” by B.Strange. Looking to make reading more fun for today’s children, EA are planning to increase the Flips range throughout the year. Other titles getting the Flips treatment include:
· FLIPS The Bubonic Builders
· FLIPS Silent But Deadly
· FLIPS The Enchanted Wood
· FLIPS The Magic Faraway Tree
· FLIPS The Folk of the Faraway Tree
