  • Gearbox to Release Duke Nukem Forever In 2011

    Yes, hell has finally frozen over.  Earlier today at the PAX Prime in Seattle, Gearbox president Randy Pitchford confirmed that Duke Nukem Forever has completed its development stage.  On top of that good news, Pitchford announced that the title will be released in 2011 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.   • Microsoft Increase Charges For Live

    Major Nelson has revealed that the subscription price for Live is being increased in selected regions. This change will be bought into effect from the 1 November and will see the U.S. yearly sub increased to $59.99. Other regions affected include the UK, Canada and Mexico. It would appear that the U.S. will be the most affected with most packages seeing an increase; 1 month's sub will be increased to $9.99, 3 month's sub will now be $24.99 and of course the yearly sub will now set you back $59....
